In 1929, these three companies merged to form the Minneapolis-Moline Power Implement Company, later renamed Minneapolis-Moline Power & Machinery Company. The merger combined their strengths and expertise, positioning the new company as a leading manufacturer of comprehensive agricultural solutions.
