We are located in central Illinois. Neon clocks HAVE TO BE dropped off at our shop for repairs. Shipping or mailing a broken clock or tube to us is NOT an option. Neon clocks are difficult to ship and usually sustain further damage during shipping. We don't want anything broken shipped to us.

We do not work on Chinese made neon clocks.

We do not sell or ship clock parts. If you have a clock in need of repair you'll need to e-mail us to set up an appointment and bring your clock into the shop.
